the location is perfect. it's right across from the beach - great for people watching. our apartment was clean and spacious. we enjoyed the balcony with a view of the harbour. walking to shops and cafes was so easy. the afternoon sun was a bonus for our drinks and platter!
Couldn't recommend more.

Incredible location, exceptional views over ocean and great stuff. Location right by four square and additional shopping, cafes and garden area. Also, close to the waterfront with a sea view.

Lovely views, thoroughly enjoyed awesome setting.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice. Its great and pleasant staff made our stay a very comfortable experience.

my recent stay in akaroa was superb. bruce waterfront exceeded my expectations, with a clean and cozy apartment that had attention to detail. the friendly staff made great suggestions and the underfloor heating was a bonus.
Noisy upstairs occupants.

The location is perfect, close to shops, cafes, and the stunning Akaroa waterfront. The rooms are well-appointed, with excellent cooking facilities and a private balcony that offers a stunning view. The breakfast provided is delicious and adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
All in all, everything was okay.

The apartment was located right beside the jetty and close to shops and cafes. It was clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the fact that it was cheaper on other sites.
Can't fault anything about it.
